Crafting America’s Favorite Whiskey-Drinking Cup

Our story all began with an idea to change the way people drank whiskey and a 600 square foot workshop to make it happen.

From these humble beginnings, we have grown into the trusted brand for whiskey enthusiasts seeking not just a drink but an experience.

Our story is not just about crafting the perfect whiskey accessory. It’s about the community and people who helped us do it. We’re proud of the community we’ve fostered, where knowledge, stories, and love for whiskey are freely exchanged and able to bring us all together.

Craftsmanship + Hard work

The way we craft our oak whiskey tumblers is a time-consuming process. We believe in attention to detail and craftsmanship because every sip is meant to be enjoyed.

Questions about us

Where is Artisan Oak located?

Artisan Oak is located at 3007 Webster Road, Summersville WV 26679

What is used to polish/stain Artisan Oak’s whiskey tumblers?

For our oak whiskey tumblers, we use a 100% USP food-safe blend of mineral oil, coconut oil, and beeswax to bring out the beauty in the wood and prevent leakage or erosion. After that dries, we give our oak whiskey cups a second coat of food-safe wood wax to give it a beautiful and sealed finish.

What do you do after charring?

After we char the tumbler, we let it sit for 24 hours and then we do two separate leak tests to ensure no defective products leave our facility.
