How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. All personalized orders, if there's no issues with the image provided, may take up to 5 business days to process.

Please keep in mind our products are made in a way that requires a lot of handwork and attention to detail, so we prioritize quality over anything else, but we will always do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. If your order is under $100, we offer:

  • Economy Shipping: $7.99
  • Standard Ground: $9.99
  • 2-Day Priority: $19.00
  • Overnight Shipping: $49.00

Can I still change my order?

You can change your order before it has been packed. We recommend to reach out within 24 hours of placing your order.

Product Information & Care

Will the wood affect the taste of my whiskey?

Absolutely—in thebest way possible. Just like whiskey barrels, our tumblers subtly enhance the flavor, adding notes ofvanilla, caramel, and oakto your pour.

How are Artisan Oak tumblers made?

Each tumbler is handcrafted from natural wood and we finish each product with natural oils and waxes to highlight the wood grain and enhance the flavor of your whiskey.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly handcrafted in the USA using American hardwoods.

How do I care for my tumbler?
  • Avoid soaking in water or putting it in the dishwasher.
  • Wash out with warm (NOT HOT) water after every use, and wipe clean with a damp cloth after use and let it air dry.
  • Reapply wood rub periodically to maintain the seal and keep the wood hydrated.
What if my tumbler has a small leaks?

Wood is a natural, porous material. While we do our best to seal and finish each tumbler, slight variations in grain or pores can sometimes cause minor leaks. This is part of the charm of natural wood, but we’re always here to help if you have any concerns.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item in unused, good condition for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return a personalized product?

Unfortunately, personalized or custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is confirmed.

Do you offer custom engraving?

Yes! We offer personalized engraving for tumblers and other products. For more details, please email us at support@artisanoak.com to receive a mockup and quote.

Can I place a bulk order for gifts or events?

We love working on corporate gifts, weddings, and special events!
