Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. All personalized orders, if there's no issues with the image provided, will take up to 5 business days to process.

Please keep in mind our products are made in a way that requires a lot of handwork and attention to detail, so we prioritize quality over anything else, but we will always do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping time

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after departing our warehouse. We offer priority and overnight shipping options at checkout if orders are needed sooner.

Shipping cost

All U.S orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge.

If your total order is under $100, you can choose from the following shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping: $7.99
  • Standard Ground: $9.99
  • 2-Day Priority: $19.00
  • Overnight Shipping: $49.00

As soon as our team starts to pack your order, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

Return Policy

At Artisan Oak, we take pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to making sure every customer is satisfied. We hope you understand that when you work with 100% natural materials like wood, slight variations can occur. While we stand by the quality of our products, natural materials may sometimes behave unpredictably. That said, we always aim to take care of our customers the best we can.

We gladly offer 14 day hassle-free returns if you're unsatisfied with our products. Please read below

General Satisfaction

(Within 14 Days of Delivery)

We stand behind the quality of every Artisan Oak product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Return Requirements:
    Items must be returned in unused and good condition.
    Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • To Start a Return:
    Contact us at support@artisanoak.com to begin the return process.

Immediate Resolution:

(Within 14 Days of Delivery):

If your Artisan Oak product arrives with a crack, leak, or defect that makes it unusable within the first 14 days of delivery, we’ve got you covered.

  • Replacements:
    We’ll happily replace it free of charge. Simply send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll start the replacement process.
  • Wrong Product Received:
    If you received the wrong product, just let us know! We’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship out the correct item ASAP.
  • To Request a Replacement or Report an Issue:
    Please email support@artisanoak.com with photos of the issue, your order number, and your preferred resolution.

Support for Long-Term Issues

While wood is a natural material that can warp or crack over time due to its characteritics or improper care, we’re still here to help if issues arise.

  • For concerns that occur between 14 days and 6 months after delivery, we offer a 50% credit toward a future purchase.
  • This excludes items marked as FINAL SALE.

Final Sale Policy:

  • Personalized Products:
    Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded once the order has been placed and confirmed.
  • Final Sale Items:
    Products marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Other notes

  • Restocking fee: Artisan Oak reserves the right to apply up to a $10 restocking fee on all returned orders.
  • Refund Processing: All cash refunds will incur a 3% fee to cover credit card processing charges.
  • Natural Variations in Wood:
    Wood is a living material—each piece has its own unique grain, pores, and texture. While we carefully craft each product to the highest standards, slight variations are part of the charm and individuality of every Artisan Oak item.
