Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. All personalized orders, if there's no issues with the image provided, will take up to 5 business days to process.
Please keep in mind our products are made in a way that requires a lot of handwork and attention to detail, so we prioritize quality over anything else, but we will always do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping time
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after departing our warehouse. We offer priority and overnight shipping options at checkout if orders are needed sooner.

All U.S orders over $150 will be shipped free of charge.
If your total order is under $150, you can choose from the following shipping options:
- Economy Shipping: $7.99
- Standard Ground: $9.99
- 2-Day Priority: $19.00
- Overnight Shipping: $49.00

Return Policy
Returns, Replacements, and Natural Wood Policy
At Artisan Oak, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want every customer to be happy with their order. Our products are handcrafted from 100% natural American White Oak, so slight variations in grain, pores, color, and texture are expected. These natural differences are part of what makes every Artisan Oak piece unique.
While we stand behind the quality of our work, wood is a natural material and may react differently depending on use, care, humidity, and environment. That said, we always do our best to take care of our customers.
90-Day Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
Refund return requirements:
- Return must be requested within 90 days of delivery
- Item must be unused
- Item must be returned in good condition
- Personalized, custom engraved, and final sale items are not eligible for refund unless there is an Artisan Oak error or confirmed defect
Once the unused item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
To start a return, please contact support@artisanoak.com with your order number, and we will provide the next steps.
Damaged, Cracked, Leaking, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, cracked, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request help, email support@artisanoak.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what happened
A photo is required for leaking, cracking, damage, or defect claims. Once we review the photo and confirm the issue, we will help with the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, return label, or refund after return.
Wrong Product Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email support@artisanoak.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. If we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label and help send the correct item as soon as possible.
Wrong or Incorrect Engraving
If there is an issue with your engraving, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please send:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the engraving
- A description of the issue
If Artisan Oak made an engraving error, we will make it right with a corrected replacement or another appropriate solution.
If the engraving matches the text, logo, or details submitted with the order, the item is not eligible for refund or free replacement because custom engraved items are made specifically for each customer. We may still be able to help with a corrected replacement at the best available option.
Issues After 14 Days
Wood is a natural material and can change over time depending on use, care, humidity, and storage. Cracking, warping, leaking, dryness, or other issues caused by normal wear, improper care, or environmental conditions are not covered as a standard return or replacement.
For concerns that occur after 14 days and within 6 months of delivery, we may offer a 50% credit toward a future purchase after reviewing the issue. Photos are required for review.
This does not apply to items marked final sale.
Custom, Personalized, and Engraved Orders
Custom, personalized, and engraved items are made specifically for each order.
Because of this:
- Custom engraved items cannot be returned for a refund unless there is an Artisan Oak error or confirmed defect
- Custom engraved items cannot be canceled or changed once production has started
- Customer-submitted spelling, date, name, logo, or text errors are not eligible for refund or free replacement
- If we made the mistake, we will make it right
Please review all engraving details carefully before placing your order.
Final Sale Items
Products marked final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is an Artisan Oak error or confirmed defect.
Restocking Fee
Artisan Oak reserves the right to apply up to a $10 restocking fee on returned orders when applicable.
Natural Variations in Wood
Each piece of wood has its own grain, pores, color, and texture. Small natural variations are expected and are not considered defects. These details are part of the character and individuality of every Artisan Oak product.
