I bought these as a gift to my son and son in law both of whom enjoy an occasional bourbon. I was pleased by their appearance and feel. I am hoping that it enhances their bourbon flavor as good as they appear.

No question this is a nice product, show piece, and delivers a great taste of whiskey. It's fun to show off to your friends, and it never fails to impress. But I want to give a shout out to Artisan Oak for some great customer service. I had a cherry tumbler that turned out to have a crack and was deemed defective by the company. I was promised a replacement. A combination of high sales volume at Artisan and a comedy of communication errors made worse by me moving in the midst of the replacement process made for a lengthy wait, but in the end Artisan made this right in every way. Excellent product and outstanding customer service! Recommend giving this a try if you haven't!
We are so totally satisfied with our monogrammed glass. After an unhappy experience with the initial glass, Frank stepped in and totally redid this gift. It is perfect and will provide many happy memories for our son. We recommend them highly.

I recently ordered (2) custom engraved tumblers and gift boxes as groomsmen gifts. They turned out fantastic and was a great pairing for the Swilled Dog Lets Go! The tumbler is a beautiful piece of Craftsmanship as was the box that was made for it. This is a gift for my veteran son in law that truly appreciates American made gifts! Also a great company to work with. I made several changes after making the order and they went above and beyond to make them happen! I will definitely order from them again.
