An excellent hand crafted item for the bourbon enthusiast! I bought it as a gift after much research and was not disappointed! The gift recipient really loved it!
Arrived when it was expected and looked the way it did in the video and gave my bourbon that great straight from the barrel taste.
I have not received my order. Frank (Artisan Oak) has been awesome to work with - but the USPS customer service is another thing. Hopefully the missing package will be resolved soon.
Haven’t used my oak tumblers yet, but am very pleased with the engraving and looks of my tumblers.
Not too impressed. Was expecting a little more of a cool down from them. Were in freezer overnight but didn’t cool down the goods like i tgought they would. More of a novelty item
I love my cups ,have two,the eagle was well made and my name and my man ,our names were perfect on the cup,next going for the cherry one

Purchased one Oak & 1 Cherry tumbler. Oak was engraved & also American Flag🇺🇸 logo on Oak. Tumblers great quality. Wish the printing was better. I could hardly see the printing. Would have been nicer actually engraved.
Also wanted the wooden box to match, but not in production at time. Awaiting notification when back in stock. Like fact American made and great quality. Lot of cheap knock-offs out there. This is the genuine article. All in all, son loved them!

I was very nervous because of all the knockoffs I read about and this product well exceeded what we thought it would be. It really did change the flavor of the bourbon which I was skeptical of. You make a great product! You were right about the possibility of a slight leak, one of them did have a tiny drip coming off of the bottom my friend and I who I bought them for for our little Friday afternoon Bourbons we both thought it was very cool kind of like an antique boat. Once we follow the instructions that you supplied with it that stopped. Will be ordering more for sure.
I gifted one of the tumblers I recently purchased to a good friend and we sampled a couple of high quality bourbons in the tumblers, comparing against shot glasses. The bourbon has a smother flavor and the nose definitely is more toned down after setting in the tumbler for 5-10 minutes. Very impressive. Who would have guessed simply using a charred oak vessel would make this much difference in the contents?
