There was a minor problem with the cherry wood tumblers but once I reported the issue it was corrected and I’ve ordered a set of the oak tumblers. I couldn’t be happier!
This hand crafted tumbler arrived just as expected, in beautiful condition.
So, I received my Tumblers, let them acclimate for a few days. Saturday night was the first try and as soon as I poured my Bourbon the bottom started to leak. I contacted Artisan by email. I was told Sorry that the Tumblers were leaking. You probably need the wood rub to help with the leaking of the wood. You would think for 60 freaking dollars for a wood cup it would come with the wood rub to make sure it wouldn’t leak.

I had a leaking tumbler!! So I emailed Aritisan Oak and got a immediate response. They suggested getting the wood rub to try and stop it. It worked like a charm! Great company, quick response,problem solved!
