The Tumbler is beautifully crafted, and the customer service was amazing.

I’m from Australia saw these online and regardless of the cost had to have one, also bought a shot glass and wax. It was understandable it took 2-3 months to receive them, however the packaging was second to none and it all arrived un damaged. Haven’t had a taste out of them yet but I’m sure it will be awesome.

Been drinking from my Artisian Oak cup now for almost a year just bought two more. These cups really enhance the flavor of the bourbon and Whiskey that I enjoy regularly. And the attract conversation. Very well made and the charred inside makes the hobby of drinking whiskey with a great cigar even better!! Keep up the great product! It's a must buy!!

The only thing that was (key word is “was”) holding me back was the time it took to get my shot glasses and tumbler. Well……. YOU DON’T RUSH QUALITY!!! Hand crafted, charred, shipped, and received!!! There’s a different taste to the whiskey, not the same as from glass. It is definitely a quality product and I will be ordering up a cherry tumbler at some point here!

Haven't Had A lot of Chances to use My Tumbler, But First Use Was A Nice Experience. Can't wait to Use my Shot Glass when I get it.

I ordered November 30th and it is January 14th and I still havne't recieved anything from my order. If i had known my christmas present wouldn't have arrived in a timely manner I would have ordered from somewhere else.
