US Domestic Orders
Each order will be packed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Delivery times will vary on your location within the US but won't exceed 5 business days.
International Orders
Most international orders are shipped with UPS and will take 3-10 business days. All orders are subject to import duties and taxes. Artisan Oak LLC does not cover import duties or taxes.

I'm a little concerned about a customized (name & eagle image) tumbler that i bought as a retirement gift. I liked the tumblers so much, I bought one for myself. I treated it with the wood rub and followed the care instructions that we were provided but my tumbler leaked from the bottom during the first use. I'll try treating with the wood rub again and hope for the best before I give the one I purchased as a gift. I will be so disappointed with the purchase if it leaks again, it was a good deal of money for the items.
