Handcrafted right here in the USA, this ashtray celebrates the rugged beauty of barrel-aged wood, from its natural grain to the story etched in every stave. Built tough, it features a sturdy cigar rest and a deep ash well, ready to handle even the heartiest smokes.
How It's Made
Each barrel starts its second life by being carefully disassembled, with each stave inspected by hand. The bad ones are tossed, and only the best cuts make the cut. From there, each stave is measured and trimmed, ensuring the perfect shape before we carve out the ash bowl and cigar rest with precision. Then comes the craftsmanship—every ashtray is sanded through five stages to bring out the rich character of the aged oak. Finally, a coat of premium oil is applied, enhancing the deep grain patterns and sealing in the history of the bourbon barrel it came from. The result? A one-of-a-kind piece, built to last, ready to hold your best smokes.

This product is handmade and handfinished by our small team in the USA. Our level of detail and care allows us to ensure that you get the highest quality product that you can enjoy for many years to come.
US Domestic Orders
Each order will be packed and shipped within 5 business days. Our standard ground shipping arrives in 3-5 business days but economy can take up to 7-10 business days. Delivery times will vary on your location within the US.
International Orders
Most international orders are shipped with UPS and will take 3-10 business days. All orders are subject to import duties and taxes. Artisan Oak LLC does not cover import duties or taxes.
