US Domestic Orders
Each order will be packed and shipped within 2 short weeks due to the Holiday rush. Delivery times will vary on your location within the US but won't exceed 5 business days.
International Orders
Most international orders are shipped with UPS and will take 3-10 business days. All orders are subject to import duties and taxes. Artisan Oak LLC does not cover import duties or taxes.

I initially purchased an oak tumbler and absolutely loved it. That led me to buy a cherry one—and I am so glad I did. Both are true masterpieces, and I use them to enjoy different whiskeys: the cherry for the sweeter bourbons and scotches, and the oak for richer ones.
I had both customized—one with the family brand on oak, the other with the family crest on cherry—and the engravings turned out beautifully exceptional. The craftsmanship, proportions, and the way these tumblers fit in the hand make them look and feel remarkable. The charred interior adds a refined touch of character.
I am thoroughly impressed, so much so that I’ve already ordered one as a gift.

Id give at least a 4 star review, but it took a month to even ship. I chose this product due to the website stating it ships within 3-5 days and I even paid for faster shipping. Yet it still took a MONTH TO EVEN SHIP!
