Most products are priced by how cheaply a factory can turn them out. Ours are priced by what it takes to make one right in America. Here's the breakdown:
Material: American White Oak

We use premium kiln-dried white oak and source it all around Appalachia. Each board is selected for the best grade and appearance.
Labor: Hand-finished
Cost: $$$
Each tumbler is charred, sanded, and finished by hand in our workshop in Summersville, West Virginia. We do the work by hand to ensure you get the best quality product possible.

The process
How it's made
From raw oak to your glass, in four steps.

Step 1
Source Quality Wood
It starts with sourcing quality American white oak, the same wood used to age the whiskey you'll pour into it. Each board is picked for its tight grain and stability, and anything with cracks or weak spots is set aside before work begins.

Step 2
The Milling Process
After, the lumber is milled and laminated into a square blank, it is machine turned into our signature barrel shape. This step involves skilled machine operators and a lot of handwork.

Step 3
The Charring Process
We char every tumbler with real flames for the same reason distillers char their barrels: fire brings out what's already in the oak. The flame caramelizes the sugars in the wood and releases the compounds behind whiskey's best-known flavors: vanilla, caramel, toffee, and a hint of smoke.

Step 4
Hand-Finishing
Every tumbler is sanded progressively through finer grits until the surface meets our smooth standards. Then we dip it in food-grade mineral oil, which soaks deep into the oak to protect it from moisture and bring out the color of the grain. Last, we buff it with food-grade carnauba wax, to give it a soft sheen and one more layer of protection. By the end, it's ready for the first pour.
