US Domestic Orders
Each order will be packed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Delivery times will vary on your location within the US but won't exceed 5 business days.
International Orders
Most international orders are shipped with UPS and will take 3-10 business days. All orders are subject to import duties and taxes. Artisan Oak LLC does not cover import duties or taxes.
REFUNDS/RETURNS

After a couple of weeks, several mails, our three Tumblers finally reached.
Quality, handling and taste incl Scotch are high end. Was waiting now 55y, those weeks doesnt count..😎

the cherry tumblers and shot glass (can we really call this a 'glass'?) are absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to give them to my hubby tomorrow for father's day and to see what he thinks of them. I'm sure that he'll thoroughly enjoy using them and having them at his bar that he built in our recently done basement / man cave. Thanks so much.
