If in stock, our wood rub will ship out the same time as your order. If ordered separately, it will ship within 3-5 business days.

US Domestic Orders

Delivery times will vary on your location within the US but won't exceed 5 business days.

International Orders

Most international orders are shipped with UPS and will take 3-10 business days. All orders are subject to import duties and taxes. Artisan Oak LLC does not cover import duties or taxes.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

A leak had sprung!!

I had a leaking tumbler!! So I emailed Aritisan Oak and got a immediate response. They suggested getting the wood rub to try and stop it. It worked like a charm! Great company, quick response,problem solved!
